Privacy Policy
The short version: our apps do not collect, store or share any personal information about you or your child.
- No accounts or sign-in
- No ads, analytics or tracking
- No third-party advertising or analytics code
- Everything your child makes stays on your device
Who we are
Little Kea Games Limited ("we", "us") is a company registered in New Zealand. We make apps for young children, including Little Kea Play Box. This policy applies to all of our apps and to this website.
What our apps collect
Nothing. Our apps do not ask for your name, email address, age, location, contacts or any other personal information, and they do not send any information to us or to anyone else. They work fully offline.
Our apps do not use the camera, microphone, location services, contacts or photo library.
What stays on your device
Some apps save progress on the device itself so your child can pick up where they left off, such as stickers earned or pictures they have drawn. This information never leaves the device, we cannot see it, and it is deleted when you delete the app.
Children's privacy
Our apps are made for children. Because we collect no personal information at all, there is nothing for us to store, sell or share. Our apps contain no advertising, no in-app purchases and no links that take a child out of the app.
Purchases
Apps are bought through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the payment and any information involved in it under Apple's privacy policy. Apple shares sales figures with us, but not who you are.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Like any website, our hosting provider may briefly keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site running and secure.
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct any personal information we hold about you. In practice this can only be an email you have sent us. Contact us and we will help.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. We will never start collecting personal information from children.
